At Lievara.com, we want you to love what you purchase. Every jewellery piece is crafted/curated with care, but in case you face any issues, please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the order.

A clear unboxing video and images are mandatory as proof to process the request.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is strictly non-returnable & non-refundable.

Minor variations in colour, design, or texture due to natural materials (flowers, stones, etc.) will not be considered defects.

Items purchased during the sale/discount/offer are non-returnable.
3. Return Process

Share your order ID, issue details, and unboxing proof.

Our support team will verify and confirm if your return request is approved.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 days at the given return address.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit (details will be collected from the customer).

Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

Customers may place a new order after returning the defective product (if applicable).
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please check with your bank/payment provider first.
