2. Are your jewellery pieces handmade?
Yes! Most of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Since natural and handmade materials are used, slight variations in color or design may occur – making every piece unique.
3. Do you deliver across India?
✅ Yes, we ship all over India through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery timeline usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. But we are working to start international delivery soon. 🌍
5. What are the payment options available?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure payment methods.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, reported within 2 days of delivery with unboxing proof.
Customized and sale items are non-returnable.
