Return & Refund Policy – Lievara.com

At Lievara.com, we want you to love what you purchase. Every jewellery piece is crafted/curated with care, but in case you face any issues, please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

  • Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • A clear unboxing video and images are mandatory as proof to process the request.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is strictly non-returnable & non-refundable.

  • Minor variations in colour, design, or texture due to natural materials (flowers, stones, etc.) will not be considered defects.

  • Items purchased during the sale/discount/offer are non-returnable.


3. Return Process

  3. Our support team will verify and confirm if your return request is approved.

  4. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 days at the given return address.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit (details will be collected from the customer).

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • Customers may place a new order after returning the defective product (if applicable).


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please check with your bank/payment provider first.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@lievara.com with your refund reference number.
