Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

A standard shipping charge (mentioned at checkout) applies to orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your package.

6. Delays & Responsibility

Lievara.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen reasons.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is tampered with, damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/unboxing video.
