  • We currently ship orders across India through our trusted delivery partners.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Customized jewellery may take additional time to be crafted before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping charge (mentioned at checkout) applies to orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your package.

  • Customers can also check the order status from the “My Orders” section on our website.

6. Delays & Responsibility

  • Lievara.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen reasons.

  • In case of delayed shipments, our support team will help you track your package.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package is tampered with, damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/unboxing video.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Return/Refund Policy.
